Jaime Romero:

Responsible for Gruclee’s Innovation both internal and external, as head of innovation he is responsible for establishment and the improvement of all work systems , also development and growth of new services and products related to our existing solution as a way to create more value to our customers.
Jaime has a believe that people, process and technologies mixed with the necessary elements used in the right way is the best path to become a successful company.
Prior to joining Gruclee, Jaime worked as IT Manager and Senior Consultant in the best practices of TI areas like ITIL, ISO-20000, COBIT, etc.
Carlos Pérez
COO Gruclee
Responsible for the leadership, management, and implementation of the technology and processes capabilities for our Software Factory, Software Projects and Outsourcing Department.
Carlos has a bachelor in Computer Science from Universidad Anahuac, and a MBA from ITESM, additional he has ITIL, COBIT, ISO-20000, RUP and CMMI certifications.
Prior to Gruclee, in 2008 he served as an IT Consulting Manager and implemented IT Service Management Systems for ISO-2000 certifications. In 2005, as a Software Quality Manager Carlos implemented Software Development processes for a CMMI Certifications.
Cynthia Loera

Focused on identifying customer needs (internal and external) on a global level, in order to present a wide solution that covers all company’s needs, with more than 8 years of progressive experience in Oracle Financial Applications. She is results oriented and always exceed corporate targets. Creative, innovative and with a high level commitment and high interpersonal skills.
Cynthia has extensive project management and team lead experience and has that rare combination of functional and financial knowledge. She also has an extensive background in business process re-engineering and extending the functionality of Oracle E-Business Suite, Cynthia has served as a Functional Lead in Governmental, Manufacturing, Retail, Marketing, Logistics, Construction and Financial Industries.
As a Business Administrator specialised in finance and also an Oracle Applications expert, Cynthia has experience in the analysis, design and development of business applications on a client/server environment. She has participated in Oracle implementations for Oracle Financials 11i and R12, being an expert in analysing business processes, process re-engineering and also recommending and implementing necessary solutions to insure automated functionality, cost reduction and revenue incrementation.
